Pipa virtuoso Wu Man and erhu master Wang Hong were visiting the MTSU Center for Chinese Music and Culture and the director, Dr. Mei Han, asked them to sit down, talk music, and improvise a bit. Upon request, Randy Raine-Reusch sat in on mountain dulcimer for a tune. Lot of jokes and laughter, just musically fooling around and having fun. Here is a moment that Wu Man unintentionally named.

Yup, I have taken the version I did with Aerosmith and expanded it into a number of different arrangements, depending who and what I am playing with. Probably about 8 or 9 versions now at least. Same basic melody though. Thanks for noticing.

@@MsAussie83 LOL, I see what you mean. The instrument is an ahoco, a scraper from Ivory Coast, usually played by women to accompany singing. In French: l'ahoco.
